Cancellation Policy

I hate charging cancellation fees, so I try not to whenever possible. Things happen. No charge for cancellations more than 24 hours in advance. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, I just ask for a $25 fee before booking another session, which can be waived if you are cancelling due to communicable illness.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are based on mobile massage services, meaning that I come to your house or apartment. If you come to my home studio in West Philadelphia--exact address provided after booking--I offer $20 off all table massage services and $10 off chair massage services.

Payment is due at time of serving and can be made by cash, check, or Venmo. I can create credit/debit card invoices if absolutely necessary, but it's my least preferred way to collect payment.

Gratuity is included in these prices.

Refund Policy and Liability

I am licensed by the state of Pennsylvania and insured by the American Massage Therapy Association. Copies of my license and insurance can be provided upon request.

If you are unhappy with the service I am providing, please let me know so I can adjust what I am doing to meet your needs. You won't hurt my feelings! You are the ultimate authority to your own body.

If at the end of the service you are unsatisfied, I can provide discounts on a case by case basis. No refunds provided as I do not accept advance payments.
